Morris Communications is a private, family-owned $3.2 billion company. Morris Communications assigned us to transition Equestrian Retailer magazine. We redesigned the publication, built a database of potential advertisers, restructured all editorial content to better reach the publication’s target audience, shifted circulation fulfillment to in-house, developed a new website, created marketing and collateral material, and restructured staff to achieve new business objectives.
